Conquering Fears and Pushing Boundaries: A Journey of Physical and Mental Strength on the Jurassic Coast

On Friday I did something REALLY tough

Physically and mentally…

Myself and a bunch of guys and girls in our Unstoppable programs
Travelled down to poole and completed a VERY tough hike and workout on the Jurassic coast

We completed one of the OG Special forces selection routes

18km run with a pack

Not only that?

We had my mate Staz (of TV’s SAS Who Dares Wins) and his team

From ThruDark leading us

that guy can MOVE

I gotta tell you… I was sh1tting myself a bit

Not just because I was I have a torn pectoral muscle that I’m having surgery on this week

But because I’d not ran since 2021 when I completed the David Goggins challenge

So I knew it would be hard

So why on earth would I want to do it then?

A torn pec and no running at all for 2 and a half years

Well. I’m a HUGE believer in the art of stretching

Testing yourself

Pushing yourself to grow and get better

Its something I imply everyone to do..

Getting out of your comfort zone is something that’s a bit cliche

But its where you’ll find ALL of the fulfilment, ALL of the confidence and Self belief

I’ll say if again you get confidence and self belief from DOING

Not ‘thinking about’ or 'talking about' doing

Where you grow…

And of course its where you create a sense of PURPOSE

Shit, being ON PURPOSE is for me one of THE most important things to living an electric, positive life

And a LACK of purpose

In my humble, but accurate opinion is why many people struggle

With self worth
With confidence
With happiness

Because they’re stuck in the loop of ‘same old’

My tip for you today is a simple one

We’re about to head into the next half of 2023

What a BRILLIANT time to set yourself some targets

Some goals
Some outcomes

To give you that feeling of being ON PURPOSE
