Mastering time management: Tips for overcoming feelings of inadequacy and laziness

I was talking to a lady the other day in our 90 day program

She was telling me that she was feeling a bit sh*tty

And it’s a regular theme for her

Stemming from when she DOESN’T get things done

Like she’ll make plans, create ‘to-do’ lists

And then at the end of the day?

Have a load of unticked boxes that didn’t get done as she was too busy

And that makes her feel lazy… AKA ‘sh*tty’

Man, I get it

But here’s the thing, mush >>>

Unticked boxes don’t define you
Unticked boxes DON’T MAKE YOU LAZY

They just indicate there’s a room for improvement!

  1. You’re not clear on your priorities

When you’re clear on your actual priorities, you have WAY LESS BOXES and they’re boxes that are actually important to you

2. You overestimate how much time and energy you have and underestimate how long tasks take

Get better at time blocking, scheduling and reviewing and you’ll be VERY SURPRISED at your progress

That’s all for today
