Lazy

5- Your ‘shoulds’ and your ‘shouldn’ts’ are causing MOST of your pain and suffering

They both indicate you’re arguing with reality. In which case, you always lose

6- Its impossible to feel empowered and take charge when you point the finger of blame

When you blame - you give power to the thing you’re blaming

When you stop blaming - you get the power back
