Essentially I decided to SACK OFF Facebook and Instagram lives

And the WHY is important

When I compare the TIME and ENERGY invested into doing those videos

Into what I get back?

Its too low

See, I’ve been complaining a lot about being BUSY this last few weeks

In fact, its been going on for MONTHS

So last week I took MY OWN advice

Because whenever someone seems to be ‘time poor’

Or ‘busy/slammed/stacked/stowed off’

They can never really say where the time has GONE

Just that they feel rushed all of the time

I did what’s called a TIME AUDIT…

Every 15 minutes I started tracking what I actually did in that time period

Then I ‘scored’ each task

Based on >>

A- how much I ENJOY the things
B- how much of an IMPACT it has on my goals and what I’m working towards


And man, is it revealing

I found I spend quite a bit of time doing things that I DIDN’T enjoy (sometimes you have to)

And a lot of time doing things that just didn’t have the impact I’d like

So I dropped the FB and Insta lives and moved over to Telegram
