From Procrastination to Productivity: A Coach's Guide to Overcoming Obstacles

I was on a call with a coach I’m working with last week…

I’m looking to improve my public speaking

And what kinda coach doesn’t have a coach?

(A coach that doesn't believe in coaching, thats who)

Anyway...

He was asking me what problems I helped solve with the work I do

I said things like

“I help people get excited about their future. I work with people to upgrade their thinking and master their emotions. I help people level up their entire life”

THAT was when I get called out

And I hated it…

My coach:

“THOSE aren’t problems, Paul… they’re solutions

So I had racked my brains….

Went into deep thought…got those cogs turning

(I’m sure my guy could smell burning you know)

Here’s what I came with

I actually help people

* Overcoming Anxiety, Overwhelm and Overthinking
* Transcend limiting beliefs and negative thinking
* Not become victims to low mood, depression and mood swings
* Deal with PEOPLE who let you down, hurt you and disappoint you
* Overcome stress, challenge and difficult situations
* End procrastination, fear of failure worrying about what people think

Pretty cool right?
