From Skeptic to Believer: How I Created a Transformative Guided Meditation

A couple of weeks ago i created my first ever guided meditation

taking everything I’ve learned from

the assays monks
transcendental meditation
Dr Joe Dispenza
Yoga Nidra


and putting it into one 15 minute meditation called

‘6 Phase Blissipline’

the feedback from people in my program doing this Is a.m.a.z.i.n.g

Here’s the crazy part…

A few years ago I’d have took the piss out of this kind of stuff

‘Hippy BS’
‘Not for me’

The thing is… MOST of the things I’ve done to TRANSFORM for my life >>>>

At some point I've mocked. Laughed at

Journalling? For teenage girls
Ice baths and cold showers? Stupid
Breath work? For psychos
Meditation? For tree huggers
Jiu Jitsu? For losers


The reality is

We’ll often mock what we don’t understand

We’ll take the piss out of things we have no knowledge of

I get it.

It’s easier to write something off than it is to learn it

And even easier to just not do anything

But like I always say

NOTHING CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE UNTIL YOU DO
