From Worries to Wonders: Embrace the Blissipline Journey for Daily Joy

Seems I’ve opened a can of worms with yesterdays email

I was talking about a magical guided meditation I’ve put together called ‘6 phase blissipline’

which takes your through a process of

setting an intention > resetting your breathing > relaxing you DEEPLY > getting present and ‘in the moment’’ and then leaving you feeling confident and inspired

it’s pretty awesome

the question I’ve had?

“what is blissipline?”

I mean, it is a made up word, after all

here’s what I believe it to be

essentially it’s about having the discipline to focus and think about

what you WANT
what’s working and what you’re grateful for

and doing it DAILY through the practice of journalling and this specific meditation

which I can tell your right now is LIFE CHANGING

because all most people think about is what could go WRONG, what they DON’T want and what they hope doesn’t happen and wish they hadn’t done

which ultimately?

makes you feel shite.

worried, anxious, doubtful and downright miserable

because how you feel is equal to how you think.
