Found myself Googling something this morning.. .

“Why do you need to pee when you’re excited?”

The answer wasn’t quite as interesting as I thought… >

"Excitement means adrenaline, which triggers the response to pee" Meh...

I LOVE the feeling of excitement (the peeing, not so much)

A powerful feeling…

Energising
Intoxicating

And I’m particularly excited today

Because I’m about to spend the day with some of the guys and girls inside of my programs

We’ll be working on challenges…

Coaching each other
Putting plans together
And generally kicking ass

I LOVE running these sessions you know

Because there’s something about being around people that are EXCITED ABOUT THEIR FUTURE When you’re around people who are excited about the future its like you’ve been plugged in to a socket.. that fills you with energy, that fills you with inspiration

And lets face it… When you’re around people that complain and gossip all of the time? That shit CAN get draining Its one of the reasons my programs are ALL group based
